If you or someone you know are eligible and interested in applying for the NYRWA Founder’s Scholarship then time is running short. Applications must be postmarked no later than Friday, February 10, 2017. The NYRWA offers this $500 scholarship annually to up to five eligible candidates. Applicants must either be entering or returning to college, and complete the application form available on our website: http://www.nyruralwater.org/downloads/downloads-index you will see the link for the Scholarship Application on the right hand side. Preference will be given but not limited to students pursuing degrees in water or wastewater related fields. Last, the applicant must be served by a rural water and/or wastewater system (serving 10,000 or less population) at their home residence to be eligible for consideration. Good luck to all.
