DEC's Request for Information from facilities within the Mohawk Watershed
Those of you in the Mohawk Watershed received a Request for Information from DEC back in July. Please note this information is due by October 9, 2018. If you have any questions or are having difficulties filling out the forms please contact your DEC inspector immediately. They can assist you, answer your questions and help you file for an extension if you need one.
