Snow Disposal TOGS Available for Public Review and Comment

The Division of Water has developed a new Technical and Operational Guidance Series (TOGS) document 5.1.11 “Snow Disposal,” which is now available for public review. This document provides guidance and best management practices on how to minimize water pollution associated with snow disposal. Written comments are due by close of business on January 31, 2017.
