After several decades of loyal and dedicated service to the Village of Warsaw, both Ken Wallace and Tim Rutherford have decided to retire.  These fine Operations Specialists have operated the systems conventional filtration plant for the better part of the last 4 decades, and have made and overseen many improvements.  Tim and Ken have provided their peers with valuable information and knowledge and have been long standing members of the New York Rural Water Association.  From all of us here at the NYRWA we say Thank You for your service and we wish you both a happy and healthy retirement.
