The Environmental Facilities Corporation (EFC) and the Department of Health (DOH) are seeking comments from the public regarding the Draft Federal Fiscal Year (FFY) 2018 Intended Use Plans (IUPs) for the Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF) and Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF). The Draft IUPs are available at www.efc.ny.gov.
EFC and DOH will host a webinar on Wednesday, September 20, 2017 starting at 10:00 am. The webinar will present an overview of the Draft 2018 CWSRF and DWSRF IUPs, and will provide an opportunity for participants to ask questions on the IUPs. Registration information for this webinar is posted on EFC’s website at www.efc.ny.gov. The webinar will not offer an opportunity to provide public comment on the Draft IUPs. Those who wish to offer public comment should follow the instructions provided below.
A public meeting and hearing will be held to review the Draft 2018 CWSRF and DWSRF IUPs, including the lists of projects that may receive financial assistance during FFY 2018, and to receive public comment. The public meeting and hearing will be Tuesday, September 26, 2017 starting at 3:00 pm at the William K. Sanford Town Library in the Town of Colonie in Albany County. The Library is located at 629 Albany Shaker Road, which is East of Exit 4, off I-87. Public notices of this meeting and hearing were published in the Environmental Notice Bulletin (ENB) and in the State Register on August 23, 2017.
Written comments will be accepted on the Draft 2018 IUPs until 5 p.m. on Tuesday, October 10, 2017.
