Available Funding For Your

Water/Wastewater Projects: F/Y 2002

Effective October 1, 2001, the USDA Rural Development; Rural Utilities Service (New York State) has available for qualified Villages and Service Districts the following loan and grant funds:

This amount is approximately 5% greater than was available in F/Y 2001. However, utilizing available technical assistance and working with co-funders such as the NYS Drinking Water State Revolving Loan Fund, the NYS Clean Water Loan Fund, the Appalachian Regional Commission, the Governor’s Office for Small Cities and others, we will continue to assist in the development of your facilities and work with you in developing the most effective projects for communities.This coordinated approach allowed the USDA Rural Development to accomplish over $92 million in water/wastewater facilities in F/Y 2001.
